I found this recipe in the magazine "Gourmet Baking" No. 3 for 2012. Googled it and saw positive reviews. Delicious, crunchy and crumbly just the way we like it. I used to bake often for tea. Easy to take for lunch and to work. If you like soft cookies, then halve the amount of coconut and increase the amount of honey. Ingredients: Hercules flakes, coconut flakes, flour, sugar, butter, honey, soda, boiling water

Cooking method:

Pour oatmeal flakes, coconut flakes, flour, sugar into a deep bowl. Mix.

Place butter and honey in a saucepan. Put on fire, melt and stir.

Meanwhile, to a teaspoon of soda, add 2 tbsp. l. boiling water. Mix and add to the oil syrup.

Remove from heat and add to dry mixture. Mix. If the dough is not well taken into a lump, add another tablespoon of boiling water.

Shape into cookies and place on a parchment-lined sheet.

Bake for 8-10 minutes at 180 degrees until the cookies are golden.

Let the cookies cool down and serve.
