You can salt and pepper, also add spices (I did not add), simmer with the lid closed for 5-10 minutes over low heat. While the vegetables are stewing, coarsely chop the greens. Mix eggs with yogurt.
Then beat well with a whisk. Add greens to yogurt mixture, mix. Check the readiness of vegetables.
