Rabbit rolls in the oven..

I bring to your attention an unusual recipe for cooking a rabbit. Baked rabbit back rolls stuffed with tender avocado, green onions, and fried onions with carrots. A very interesting meat dish. #games #recipe of the day

Rabbit rolls in the oven..

Ingredients: Rabbit (back), Avocado, Green onion, Bulb onion, Carrot, Mustard, Egg, Milk, Breadcrumbs, Vegetable oil for frying, Salt, pepper

Cooking method:

Finely chop the onion and carrot and fry in a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil.

We cut the back of the rabbit into three or four parts and carefully remove the bones.

Remove the skin from the avocado, remove the pit. Grind the pulp of the avocado into a paste. Cut the green onion into several pieces. Salt and pepper the unfolded back of the rabbit to taste. Lubricate with mustard (1 teaspoon of mustard per roll).

We spread 1 teaspoon of fried vegetables, 1 tsp of avocado and pieces of green onions on the meat.

We roll the meat into a roll. To fix the roll, you can tie it with a thread. Crack the egg into a bowl and lightly beat with a fork. Pour the breadcrumbs into a flat plate. Dip the meatloaf in milk, then roll in breadcrumbs, then put in a plate with an egg. And at the end, again sprinkle the roll with breadcrumbs.

Fry the rolls in a preheated pan with vegetable oil until golden brown. We shift the fried rolls into a heat-resistant form and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Ready and cooled rabbit rolls with avocado are freed from the thread and cut. Bon Appetit!
