Fried carp in a sauce of milk and onions

Simple, delicious and very homemade dishes!

Ingredients:

1 large carp
onion
1 tbsp. milk
salt
pepper
flour for breading
vegetable oil for frying

Preparation:


1. Carp clean of scales and gut.

Cut fish on a fairly large portioned pieces.

2. Pour into bowl flour, mixed with salt and black pepper.
Approximately 0.5 hours. l. both.

3. In the resulting roll each piece of breaded fish on all sides.

4. Good warm up the pan with vegetable oil.

5. Carp fry pieces for 5 minutes on both sides - to the appetizing golden brown. Then put in a saucepan or pot.

6. Onions cleaned from the husk, cut into small cubes.

7. Put chopped onion in a saucepan with a piece of fish.

Simmer carp onions about 5 minutes.

8. Pour into a saucepan with the onions and fish, one glass of milk, cover the bowl with a dish cover.
Extinguish until cooked about 10 minutes.

9. Serve carp in onion sauce lactic, shifting into a large dish or immediately spread out in portions.

The fish turns out very tender, tasty and aromatic.

As a side dish you can submit a simple salad of greens, or choose a different garnish as desired.
