Spring is in full swing. Since winter, raspberry berries have stuck in the freezer (etc.) and it's time to use them (it's good to make berry fruit drinks, smoothies, dry them ...). And let's make tasty and healthy raspberry jam without cooking with all the useful substances preserved in the berries.
Live raspberries, not boiled in cotton wool, sometimes work better than any aspirin. thins the blood and improves overall well-being at the slightest sign of overcooling of the body.
Ingredients:
1. Raspberries - 1 glass
2. Honey - 3 tbsp. heaped spoons
3. Cinnamon - 1 tsp
(you can do a larger volume at once)
Preparation
They took out raspberries, allowed them to thaw for 10 minutes, immersed them in a jar (by the way, you can first wipe the bony berries through a strainer, saving them from quite tangible seeds, then the jam will be of a jelly type and even more interesting, but without the "scrub effect" that a raspberry seed gives). Better to do this and that (for trial).
Then they poured honey on the raspberries (previously liquefied in a steam bath), added cinnamon for a pleasant shade, mixed everything, covered with a tight lid.
They put it in the refrigerator overnight and gave the berries a honey sweetness and cinnamon aroma.
We got our live "jam" and pleasant tea, friends! (such a jam is bioactive and is eaten in a couple of three days).
