We make rafaelki in a different version (in our opinion, it tastes even more interesting, because peanuts are more suitable for filling candies, because they are softer than almonds and more aromatic).

Ingredients:

1. Peanuts - 1 glass

2. Coconut flakes - half a cup

3. Date - 10 pieces

4. Vanillin - on the tip of a knife

Preparation

We take peanuts peeled from the shell and red film (much tastier if they are slightly browned), pour into the blender container, add coconut flakes (we leave part of the flakes and peanuts).

Grind to an oily mass, add the pulp of dates, vanilla sugar and grind (mix) again. Then, from the resulting mass, we form our raphael sweets.

Roll a peanut nut (more precisely, a bean) inside each candy. Then roll each ball in coconut flakes. We put the resulting sweets in the refrigerator for an hour (you can eat right away).
