I love yeast dough. Like to work with him. Light, plastic, and how many delicious pastries can be made from it. Here is one of my favorite recipes - cheese buns. This time I cooked with mozzarella, and often cook with regular processed cheese. In principle, any cheese can be used. Suitable for a snack, for first courses and for breakfast with a cup of tea or coffee. #buns #buns_with_cheese #from_yeast_dough #buns_like_fluff #yeast_dough
Ingredients: flour, milk, pressed yeast, salt, sugar, vegetable oil, mozzarella or any cheese, yolk, milk, sesame
Cooking method:
Add sugar and pressed yeast to warm milk. Break up the yeast.
Add 1 tbsp. l. flour from the total mass (300 g), mix. Let stand in a warm place for 10 minutes.
Add vegetable oil, remaining flour, salt to the dough. Knead the dough well for 10 minutes. Lubricate the bowl with vegetable oil. Put the dough out, cover with a film, make several holes in it with a knife and put in a warm place for 1 hour, until the dough doubles in size.
Put the risen dough on the table and divide into 8 equal parts.
Form into balls, cover with cling film and leave for 10 minutes.
Roll out each piece of dough. Arrange the mozzarella pieces on the edge.
On the opposite edge, make notches and roll up, fix the sides and pinch the edge.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover with cling film and let the buns rise for 10 minutes.
Beat the yolk with a tablespoon of milk and grease the buns. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 C until browned.
Bon Appetit!
