I tried different methods of salting, marinating and sauerkraut, but this method is still my favorite. These are: fast and easy delicious!
CookingCabbage cut into large squares, beets and carrots - randomly (before I rubbed on a coarse grater, now I love bigger) .Slozhit all in a jar / tray / dish / pot and pour the boiling brine. Within 5 hours (!!!) sprouts will be ready for use. But the store can be up to several months (without any further processing and packaging in cans / bottles)
For the brine: (Calculated - for 1 liter of water)
* Salt - 2 tbsp. spoons
* Sugar - 2 tbsp
* Bell pepper - 6-7 pieces
* -4-5 cloves of garlic
* Bay leaf - 2-3 pc.
* Carnation - 5-6 pieces
* Vinegar (9% - an apple, or a simple) - 100g
The benefits of cabbage - I will not try to be clever. Saying in the beginning of the publication - not invented by me) and the use of cabbage - also proved not to me. If you cook the cabbage such as something else: I will be glad recommendations and advice.
