We dilute the yeast in warm milk with 1 cup of flour and leave for 15 minutes.
In a cup, beat eggs with sugar, add two types of butter, salt and mix until smooth.
Pour the egg mass into the yeast mass and introduce flour in several passes, knead the dough, close the lid and leave for one and a half, two hours in a warm place.
