I wrote this salad as "Admiralty". But I changed the recipe a little and now I call it "My Admiral". A simple and delicious salad. I usually serve it in portions. The guests are delighted. And from the presentation, and from the taste! And I really love this salad.

HOW TO COOK:

First, I'll prepare the squid. Mine, pour boiling water and immediately transfer to ice water. I'm cleaning.

I cook in salted water for 1 minute. Or, if you get distracted and didn't get the squid out of the boiling water in time, I cook it for 40 minutes - the squid again becomes tender and soft. Or you may not cook at all (this is what my husband does). He simply pours boiling water over the squid several times.

I cut the squids into strips and put them in a bowl.

I add the chopped eggs and bell peppers.

Now for any lettuce. Today I took an oily grunge (I got it straight from the tin). I love the taste. And the main thing is that it does not taste bitter like other salads.

I dress the salad with homemade mayonnaise. How I prepare mayonnaise, I also showed in the video above. In a minute, you get a delicious and thick mayonnaise for salads. I haven't bought it in the store for a long time!

One tablespoon is sufficient. But they often write to me that I "regret" mayonnaise and put it a little in salads)) But this is usually to taste, like salt. Like a lot of mayonnaise, add more.

I spread the salad on a saucer. I use a small diameter serving ring (mine is 7 cm). I put a couple of teaspoons of red caviar on top.

I take off the ring. And I serve. Try it - it's delicious!

RECIPE:

For two servings:
• Squids - 2 pcs.
• Eggs - 2 pcs.
• Sweet pepper - 0.5 pcs.
• Lettuce leaves
• Mayonnaise - 1-2 tbsp.
• Red caviar - 3-4 tsp.
