Strong drinks to awaken immunity before winter from "shitty" tops and roots

Autumn is a time of abundance. The gifts of autumn so pinch us: "It's time to take care of your health before the winter-winter!"

It turns out that the most powerful agent for activating our immune system has always been under our noses. This is the usual hell. Yes, he is a vigorous root-champion!

Once the well-known naturopath Vitaly Ostrovsky said in his videos that horseradish is a thing! Even Soviet immunologists wrote that horseradish enhances the immune system by 4,000 times. At first we thought that he was exaggerating (why not 100 times, namely 4 thousand times? It sounds strange!). We found information that they really claimed so (it is publicly available on the Internet).

About 2 years ago, we added horseradish root to our diet (and before we ate only occasionally our homemade crap and the purchased "Hrenoderchik", which, by the way, with harmful additives).

We can say that hell we are now the king of the table and we respectfully say "fuck everything." And this summer we learned that not only the roots are valuable, but also the tops. Now we make 2 drinks from tops and roots (one then the other for a change).

Ingredients:

1. Horseradish root - a piece of 0.5x0.5 cm

2. Horseradish leaf - 1 piece

3. Black peppercorns - 2 pieces

4. Spinach - bunch (or other neutral greens)

5. Water - 2 glasses

Preparation

1 drink with horseradish root.

We dig out (or get somewhere, buy from a granny) horseradish root with leaves (by the way, they can be dried and "grunted" as V. Ostrovsky does). Wash the root thoroughly, cut off a small piece (you don't need a big one, it's strong), throw it into a blender container, add washed spinach, pepper, warm water. We twist it for about 1.5 minutes, filter it through a strainer and the shitty drink is ready. He drinks while eating in small sips without haste (who can’t, then don’t).

2 drink with horseradish leaf.

We take a horseradish leaf and spinach, wash it, cut it with scissors into a blender container, add pepper and water at room temperature. We spin for about 1-1.5 minutes and the shitty drink No. 2 is ready. It is drunk during or after meals as needed (this drink tastes good and contains 2 times more chlorophyll than the first, and chlorophyll is the bactericidal effect of blood!)
