Today I have a pie. Very, very tasty! And preparing is elementary!
I chop the onion. I pre-washed and dried it.
Put in a bowl, add eggs, salt and grated cheese. Any cheese will do. I added different things - it always turns out delicious!
I'm mixing it all up. The filling is ready.
You can take any dough. I have puff today. I roll it out thinly. I spread it to the bottom of the form. Top - filling.
Cover with a second sheet of dough. I connect the edges. Be sure to prick with a fork (or you can just make one hole in the center.
Beat the egg with milk and grease the pie on top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional).
I put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
You can try it in half an hour! Delicious both hot and cold!
