First, you need to cook millet. I use wheat bags - it's easier. Salts and water is lowered into her bags of millet. It is very important not digest wheat! Suffice it to 7-8 minutes.
Slice the cabbage and pepper julienne. Tomatoes - into small cubes. I took the pepper in two colors. In general, you can take any vegetables, but I really liked the salad in that combination, so all the time, is now the only way I cook. Olives cut into rings. Comminuted fennel and parsley.
Still needed and season salad. Tear bags and pour into a bowl of millet even hotter. I add chopped vegetables and herbs, black pepper and salt to taste. Oil recharge. Oil can take any.
