We make a simple and healthy salad with cucumber and avocado to speed up body cleansing and weight loss. Fresh cucumber cleanses the intestines well, improves overall health and promotes fat burning.
Ingredients:
1. Cucumber - 2 pcs (diuretic)
2. Avocado - 1 pc (loosens)
3. Flaxseed oil - 1 tablespoon (Omega 3)
4. Ground black pepper - a pinch (gives good absorption)
5. Laminaria powder - pinch (instead of salt)
Preparation
We took good cucumbers (not bitter), washed well, without peeling, rubbed on a fine grater into a cup.
Then we washed the avocado, peeled it, divided it into 2 parts, removed the bone (you can put it in a pot), grated on a coarse grater, poured over with oil, sprinkled with pepper, kelp powder (another algae).
