It is very simple to prepare, but how delicious! This, of course, is not pickling or even pickling, but an amazing dish comes out in 8-12 hours.
Ingredients:
- 2 kg winter cabbage (not young)
- 2 carrots (medium)
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
For the marinade:
- 150 ml vegetable oil
- 150 ml 9% vinegar
- 2 tbsp. l. salt with a small slide
- 5 black peppercorns
- 3 allspice peas
- 2-3 bay leaves
- 0.5 l of water
How to cook:
1. Chop the cabbage with a special knife with a shredder with three blades of straw. You can use a vegetable peeler, too, good straw comes out of it.
2. Peel and grate the carrots.

3. Peel and cut the garlic into platters.
4. Mix cabbage with carrots and garlic in a bowl. Place everything tightly in a clean jar or container.
5. Ξ Pour the water out of the container, add oil and vinegar. Add salt and seasonings.
6. Boil the marinade for 5 minutes, and pour boiling marinade over the cappuccino. Do not stir! Do not put in the refrigerator. Cover with a plate and leave in the kitchen overnight or at least 8 hours.
Then rearrange in the refrigerator and you can help yourself. Optionally, the recipe can be expanded with bell peppers, sour apples or beets.
