Today I will cook dumplings steamed. This recipe is my grandmother. Any suitable filling! I have today they will with potatoes and liver.

I stirred dry ingredients and gradually add yogurt. I Kefir previously left on the table for 2 hours. Yogurt can replace sour milk or ordinary unsweetened yogurt.

This dough is kneaded for a long time I have. 10-15 minutes. It should not stick to hands. Well, maybe just a little bit - that's it.
I leave to rest for 30 minutes. Then I spread the dough out of the bag, cut into pieces, roll out the dough and form the dumplings. There can not do without extra flour. These dumplings can be done with a nice edge. They always come out very soft.
I cook in a double boiler for 5-7 minutes. But my grandmother just pulled over a pan of boiling water gauze, spread on her dumplings and cover with a lid. If there is a double boiler, you can use this method.
Ready dumplings grease melted butter and served with sour cream.
Instead of butter can be used, or onion fried bacon fried in vegetable oil.
