Today I have a bomb recipe for you! Delicious and very fragrant meat roses, which are prepared quickly and with minimal effort. And if you also do a little preparatory work in advance, then on the day of the event, you can spend only 10-15 minutes on the preparation of a hot dish. Personally, on New Year's holidays, I plan to prepare a lot of such roses, because I know for sure that they will "fly away" very quickly.
So, what is as simple as possible, onions and carrots need to be chopped very finely - and this is the most "intricate" in this recipe, everything else happens quickly.
Fry onions and carrots in a drop of vegetable oil until tender.
Next, add the fried vegetables to the minced chicken. We also send one chicken egg, salt and pepper there. Mix everything well.
And you must not forget to add greenfinches, I have frozen parsley.
So the minced meat can be prepared in advance, and the roses can be collected immediately before the arrival of the guests.
Now everything is quite simple, we take bacon cut into strips or smoked brisket, you can buy them in any supermarket. Place the minced meat on the strip of meat, leaving a little free edge 👇.
The thickness of the minced meat layer should be no more than 0.8 cm, so the roses will look neater. I stab the resulting rolls with toothpicks on both sides as shown in the photo below.
And so we do with all the minced meat and bacon. The oven should be preheated to 180 degrees.
We send the form with the blanks to bake for 30-40 minutes.
The result is such a fragrant and beautiful dish, no one can resist it, I promise you that. Success is guaranteed!
