Last day of vacation I had not devoted to rest, like all normal people, and preparations for the winter. Rather one workpiece - adzhika.

The products that we bought on adjika, but it turned out that we have so many cans there. Therefore, breakfast in the morning, go to the nearest market for banks.

A breakfast for me today consisted of scrambled eggs from two eggs and a loaf of amaranth (10 g) with fish paste (30 g).

Not without green tea. And she began to finally drink a complex of vitamins, in addition to omega-3 (thanks for Vitaminka in-law).

Breakfast is turned on 365 kcal.

The first half of the day busy with adzhika. I decided to try the two options. One of our family's notebooks, I inherited from my mother. Adzhika this recipe turns "fusion". The second recipe - this is a variation adzhika from a huge number of recipes that gives us the Internet. Here I put in 2 times less than the chili and it should not happen so fiery as the first.

Let us choose what we like best. And that is not like you can put to use in cooking borscht, soup, and other dishes that require ostrinka.

With snack did not want to bother especially, and especially the day 3 I was waiting for the ice cream in the freezer. Somehow it was, that really wanted ice cream we bought it, but in my deficit it did not fit. Looking at the ice cream is sad, I sent it in the freezer, wait for a better time. And now he was going.

Snack 100 g of ice cream - 230 kcal. And plus for the whole day, I ate around 15 grams of peanuts - 80 kcal.

Hardship with adzhika had to prepare something quick for dinner that would feed all.

What could be faster than pasta?

For themselves I saddles spaghetti (about 40 g when dry) and thereto something like sauce with 50 g of goose (a kind of roll which products bought in Belarus yesterday), 30 ml, and 30 g of cream cheese suluguni.

I get dinner on 340 kcal.

After lunch tea drunk with dried mango (40 g) - 100 kcal. Very tasty, by the way, dried mango, as well as dried peach and pear. Much better than candy and everything else, if you want tea with something tasty.

And I did not have much discretionary calories for dinner.

Therefore salad two boiled eggs and cucumber (100 g), filled with 30 grams of soft cheese.

It turned out to dinner 240 kcal.

Total calories for the day came - 1355 kcal.

Drinking water, but in deeds not even count if their rate drank. But I saw quite a lot.
