Everyone familiar pasta and stuffing can be prepared even in such an unusual way. Unusual it because pasta is not necessary to pre-boil. The preparation of required 5 minutes, and the rest will do everything oven.
INGREDIENTS
Stuffing -300gr.
Sol -1 / 3ch.l.
-2 garlic tooth.
Black pepper - to taste
-250 grams of pasta.
cheese -100-150gr
To fill:
Eggs 2 pcs.
Salt -1ch.l.
Milk -300ml.
Water -300ml.
COOKING METHOD
Take 300 g of any meat, add 1 / 3ch.l. salt, pepper, garlic cloves skip 2 through the press for garlic and stir.
In a bowl add the eggs break 2 tsp salt and whisk whisk all. Pour 300 ml of milk and 300 ml of water. Filling is ready.
Put in the pan 250 grams of pasta, pre-boil it is not necessary, go up any feathers, horns at me today bows.
Put the stuffing on top and pour the filling. Top as desired and sprinkle with grated cheese. Close the baking foil.
We put in the oven and cooked at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes until cooked pasta, and then remove the foil and put another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
