Who for the first time on my channel?
Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 172 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 45 kg.
Why weekends fly by so fast?! It seems that's only Saturday morning. It should blink and have an evening of Sunday.
On Sunday we had a little plan for the first half of the day. Need to travel on business, and in a single call to the grocery store, well, I'm running into your favorite VkusVill (missed it).
And the second half of the day - Activities - Travel on bicycles.
As always, early breakfast.
For breakfast, I have two boiled eggs and two rye loaf with caviar carp (20 g) and fish paste (25 g).
Jasmine Green Tea gives energy boost, and of vitamins at breakfast, I try not to forget to take.
Total breakfast turned on 400 kcal.
And after breakfast, at 9 o'clock we went on business.
We returned home quickly, making everything and drove to the shops.
Undershot apples (170 g) and measured out for the day bran (30 g). Bran sure to wash down with water.
A total of snack (with bran for the whole day) turned 160 kcal.
Having dealt with some household chores I made everything in the shawarma lunch.
For myself, the same version of shawarma PP: pita bread, soft cheese and tomato paste, chicken fried in a nonstick frying pan without oil, tomato, cucumber, carrot on to Korean. Shawarma came to 330
Dinner I turned on 350 kcal.
After lunch, drinking green tea with a piece of chocolate 75% (15 g) - 80 kcal
Immediately after dinner, we went to ride a bike, exploring new places next to our LCD (well, as ryadom..na bike can be reached, if desired).
Enough to roll back home.
Just in time for hokkeyu..komanda Russia will fight for the bronze medal... just. And we are hoping that Russia will be in the final.
The result was an evening of seals here. In the TV. That hockey, that movie. But also a quiet rest is needed.
For dinner I had a stash of zucchini, stewed turkey.
320 g of zucchini turkey - 155 kcal.
Plus, a little later, I finished her soft vorog from a jar left after cooking shawarma - 55 kcal.
Total for the day came in 1200 kcal.
Rate of water drunk (30 ml per kilogram of body weight).
