Fast cooking in a gentle mode with a minimum of fat, juiciness of poultry and a delicious gravy of bell pepper are the advantages of a dish that quite self-sufficient, but, if necessary, it can be combined with any side dish: from traditional mashed potatoes and pasta to cereals and cereals.

Ingredients:

Chicken breast / fillet - 1 pc.

Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.

Garlic - 1 tooth

Vegetable oil - 30 ml

Ground paprika, salt, hot pepper - to taste

Ground crackers - 15 g

Fresh herbs - for serving

Step by step recipe:

Step 1 - To use this recipe at home to cook chicken breast with bell peppers in a pan, take the foods listed. Choose a bright, fleshy, large pepper, its color will set the shade and gravy. In addition to fillets, you can steam chicken wings, thighs, and other parts of the carcass on the bone in the same way - then it will take a little more time. But if lean cuts are important to you, use poultry fillets free of fat and skin.

Step 2 - Cut the bell pepper into pieces of arbitrary shape, separate it from the seeds and internal soft partitions and, together with the garlic clove peeled from the husk, send it to the chopper bowl. If you don't have a kitchen unit at hand, pass the vegetables through a meat grinder.

Step 3 - Grind with the "knife" attachment to a fine-grained gruel, release the juice. Season with salt, ground black or other hot peppers, and also enhance the aroma with smoked paprika. We get a delicate and simplified version of raw adjika.

Step 4 - Wash the chicken meat, wipe it dry, cut it along the entire length and unfold it - slightly beat it on both sides so that the meat fibers are more likely to be saturated with steam and soften.

Step 5 - Transfer the semi-finished breast to a frying pan with hot vegetable oil already warmed up by that time, fry from below until golden brown, turn it over.

Step 6 - Fill the chicken with chopped bell pepper - spread the vegetable sauce right on top of the meat layer, reduce the temperature and simmer under the lid for 10-15 minutes. We try, if necessary, additionally sprinkle with spices.

Step 7 - Serve tender chicken breast with bell pepper hot and finely chopped fresh herbs, optionally with a side dish.
