Puff pastry - 1 sheet

White cabbage - 200 g

Champignons - 5 pcs.

Salt, pepper - to taste

Chicken eggs - 1 pc.

Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

If you wish, you can make the dough yourself, but a store semi-finished product will perfectly cope with the task. It must be removed from the freezer in advance.

Cut the forks, take the right amount. Chop the cabbage into thin strips. If you have a special grater at hand, use it.

Warm up the pan well, add vegetable oil. Add cabbage and fry it for the first 5-7 minutes over moderate heat. After that, reduce and simmer cabbage straws for 15-20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
