Ingredients: Flour, Water, Fast-acting dry yeast, Cheese (you can use any), Ham, Fresh tomato, Pitted olives, Salt, Sugar, Mozzarella, Ketchup
Cooking method:
To begin with, make a dough for 150 ml of warm (room temperature) water, dilute sugar 2 teaspoons and dry yeast 7 g, cover with a towel and let rise for 10-15 minutes.
The dough has risen, pour 400 g of flour into any deep bowl (where it will be convenient for you to knead the dough), then add a little salt, literally a pinch :) We pour out our dough and begin to knead the dough until it starts to lag behind our hands, then cover the dough and put it in a warm place for 20-30 minutes relax.
While the dough is resting, we don't just sit and chop all the other ingredients and rub the cheese, mozzarella and regular;).
The dough is rested, then we roll it out and form the sides, I made a circle, but you can also square it, as you like.
Lubricate the pizza base with ketchup.
Now we put the chopped ingredients and grated cheese on the base :).
Preheat the oven to 200 °.
We put the pizza in the oven for 20 minutes.
