Cake turns out very tasty, wholesome and beautiful and without a doubt, can brighten any holiday table, and the filling of chicken with mushroom aroma, leaves no one indifferent.

- -500ml milk.
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Salt - 1 / 2ch.l.
- sugar - 1 tsp
- Cheese - 150gr.
- flour - 160g.
- dill - 4 sprigs
- -2st.l. vegetable oil
- For filling:
- onion 2 pcs.
- mushrooms -500gr
- vegetable oil -3 tablespoons
- chicken -350gr.
- cream cheese - 350g.
- greens - to taste
- salt - to taste
- black pepper - to taste
- Step by step recipe for cooking
- To begin, prepare pancakes. We shall rub on a coarse grater cheese 150g, a small bunch of dill finely chop. In a bowl break 2 eggs, add 1 tsp sugar, half a teaspoon salt. Add the milk and stir half the norm, add the sifted flour 160g.. mix and whisk until smooth now add the second half of the milk. 500ml whole milk required. Add the cheese and herbs, put 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. And let the dough stand for sure at least 20 minutes, then the baking time will be well roll over and do not tear.
It took 20 minutes, the grease pan with vegetable oil, and fry pancakes. From this amount of dough I turned 13 pancakes, pan diameter 22 cm at me. Prepare stuffing small bulbs 2 can cut into cubes, mushrooms 500g can cut into cubes. The pan pour vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp, fry onion until translucent, add the mushrooms and fry together before evaporation of the liquid now add salt and black pepper.
