Hello dear readers of my channel. Today I want to talk about lipstick, which is most loved by older women. So, satin lipstick.
What satin lipstick looks like
Satin lipstick is a lipstick that has shimmery particles in its composition. Lipstick doesn't look oily like glossy. To make it clearer, I suggest looking at the photo, which shows 3 main types of lipsticks: glossy, satin and matte:
Satin lipstick is one of the most successful lipsticks for older women. The fact is that such lipsticks, if we take into account a combination of factors, visually rejuvenate lips better than others.
Satin lipsticks are good because they add volume to the lips, do not emphasize (and some lipsticks mask) peeling, folds on the lips, in general, smooth out all the irregularities. In addition, due to good occlusion, a minimum amount of product is required to give the lips the desired color. And this is good not only in terms of the economy of the product, but in terms of the fact that satin lipsticks have a creamy texture, and the use of a minimum amount of the product reduces the risks of its spreading.
To make lip makeup with satin lipstick look neat, it is important not to make only 3 mistakes:
- do not run over the natural lip contour;
- do not wear a saturated shade of satin lipstick without a pencil;
- when visually correcting lips using satin lipstick, use only a matte pencil for lip contour.
The photo above shows how sloppy the lips look without using a contour pencil. Even if you apply lipstick very carefully with a brush, without going beyond the contours, then after some time the lipstick will most likely "go away" a little. And since the lipstick has shimmer, the slightest movement of the product beyond the contour is very striking.
Remember, a clear lip contour at an older age visually rejuvenates and vice versa (blurry - makes you look older).
