An ingenious recipe that both adults and children will love! This wonderful dish can be prepared for breakfast, a snack, and even take with you on a picnic. Such a loaf with filling turns out to be very tasty and satisfying with a delicious crispy crust on top.
Preparing such a breakfast is not difficult, but it will take about 40 minutes of time, of which half an hour will be spent on baking. This recipe is perfect for breakfast on a day off when you don’t need to rush anywhere. You can add any ingredients you like to the filling.

Ingredients:

  • loaf (350 g) - 1 pc.
  • eggs - 5 pcs.
  • sausage - 100 g
  • tomato - 1 pc.
  • cheese - 50 g
  • parsley - bunch
  • salt - to taste
  • ground black pepper - to taste

Step by step recipe

1. First, let's prepare all the ingredients.
100 g sausage cut into small cubes.
Chop up a bunch of fresh parsley. Any other herb can be used instead of parsley.

2. Cut one tomato into 4 pieces. Cut out the center of the tomato with the seeds. Cut the tomato pulp into small cubes.

3. 50 g of three cheese on a coarse grater.

4. Take one sliced ​​loaf and cut off the top from it. With our hands we take out the pulp from the middle of the loaf. I have a loaf weighing 350 g and the number of products is calculated for it.

5. We break 5 eggs into a large bowl, I broke the fifth egg a little later, this is not visible on the video. Season the eggs with a little salt and black pepper. We mix everything until smooth.

6. Add sausage, greens, chopped tomato, grated cheese to the eggs. We mix everything.

7. We put the loaf in a baking dish or immediately on a baking sheet. Put the prepared filling into the prepared loaf.

8. We put everything in the oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for approximately 35-40 minutes.
If, when baking, the filling burns on top, and the middle is still liquid, then cover the loaf with parchment paper.

In the process of baking, the loaf became crispy, and the egg mixture increased slightly and became very tasty and appetizing. The loaf can be stuffed with any vegetables that you have available. Frozen peas, canned corn, olives and sweet peppers are also great for stuffing. Prepare this dish, it is very tasty and unusual.
