Vegetarian vegetable cream soup. Lunch number 19. Cremige Käse - Gemuse - Suppe

Ingredients: 750g frozen vegetables, large onion(s), oil, vegetable broth, green onion, cream cheese or your choice, salt and pepper, white

Cooking method:

Pour 750 ml of water into the pan, put on fire. Heat the oil, fry the onion until translucent and put in a saucepan.

Without defrosting, put the vegetables in boiling water, bring to a boil and cook as directed on the package (about 6 minutes). When the vegetables are soft, puree the soup, add the melted cheese, season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the green onion and sprinkle on top.

Serve with croutons sprinkled with chili flakes for a spice. P.S. I don't puree.
