Ingredients: Wheat flour, Whole grain flour, Rye flour, Oat flakes, Bran wheat, peeled sunflower seeds, flax seeds, vegetable oil, water, dry yeast, salt, Sahara

Cooking method:

Sift all types of flour. Grind seeds, bran and flakes with a coffee grinder. Mix everything, add salt and sugar, after - yeast.

Mix warm water and oil, pour into a dry mass. Knead the dough for about 7-10 minutes.

Cover with a damp towel and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.

Then knead the dough with your hand, put in a greased baking dish. Cover the form again with a damp towel and leave again for an hour.

Bake bread for 40 minutes at t 200. Take out the form with the finished bread, sprinkle with warm water, put it on its side. When it cools down so that it will not burn your hands, take it out of the mold.

Such bread is ideal to complement both dietary and heavy meals. Does not crumble, will become an appetizing basis for toasts, canapes and other snack options.
