I offer a recipe for a delicious marinade for chicken and yogurt sauce for it. #hen
Ingredients: Chicken fillet, Cherry tomatoes, ⠀ Marinade:, Cilantro, Parsley, Walnuts, Onion, Garlic, Vegetable oil, Lemon juice, Salt, Black pepper, Red pepper, ⠀ Yoghurt sauce for serving:, Greek yogurt, Marinade for hen
Cooking method:
Place all marinade ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
We immediately separate part of the marinade for yogurt sauce - put 2.5 tablespoons of green marinade into yogurt, mix, cover with cling film, put in the refrigerator until served with chicken.
Coat chicken fillet completely with marinade. Leave to marinate for 2 hours. Put the chicken in a mold, put in a preheated oven to 180 gr. for 1 hour.
10 minutes before readiness, remove, grease the chicken with melted juice, and put cherry tomatoes around the edges. Grease the tomatoes with oil from the mold, sprinkle with dry herbs (French or Provence) on top, and put in the oven for 10 minutes. ⠀ Serve chicken with ogurt sauce and cherry tomatoes.
