Quick marinated champignons in soy sauce

The best snack in 1 hour is incredibly simple and delicious! Wow, what mushrooms!

Ingredients:

0.5 kg of small mushrooms
4 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp. l. soy sauce
1 tbsp. l. apple cider vinegar
1 hour l. Sahara
2 hours l. salt
2 l of water
50 ml vegetable oil
dill
1 hour l. peppercorns
2 bay leaves

How to cook:

1. Champignons are strong, elastic and small to sort out. Then rinse in cold water and slightly refresh (trim) the legs. If necessary, remove the film from the caps.

2. To boil water. Pour in salt, peppercorns and bay leaves. Top with champignons in boiling water.

3. Boil the mushrooms at a low boil for 5-7 minutes, then put them in a sieve or colander. No need to rinse!

4. For the marinade, chop the clean dill and garlic very finely. Pour vegetable oil and vinegar into them. Mix. Leave on for a couple of minutes.

5. Pour sugar into the marinade mixture and pour in soy sauce. You can add a little more salt to taste and ground black pepper.

Beat the marinade with a fork.

6. Pour marinade over warm champignons in a bowl, stir.

Tighten the top of the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Done!

The mushrooms are very aromatic and tasty!
