Recipe for liver sausage with lard. You can cook this sausage in bags or a plastic bottle. Delicious, natural homemade sausage.
Ingredients: liver (any), fresh lard, chicken egg, semolina, salt, ground black pepper

Any liver can be used to make homemade liver sausage. The most tender sausage is obtained when using chicken liver, this time I used pork liver. Cut and grind the liver with a meat grinder or combine. Twist the garlic into minced meat. Cut the salo into small cubes and send it to the minced liver. Add semolina, salt, pepper, you can add your favorite spices, beat in an egg and leave for 20 minutes. We shift the minced meat into a plastic bottle.
Use the bottle higher, as the semolina swells during cooking and the bottle narrows during cooking. We send the bottle to a saucepan with water, bring to a boil, make a small heating and simmer under the lid for 2 hours.
