This is a live oat-coconut porridge without cooking, which tastes like a cake or a cake with coconut shavings, but many times more useful, because it does not contain harmful impurities (now cakes are stored for years and not deteriorate!)
Ingredients:
1. Oatmeal - 1 glass
2. Coconut flakes - from a third of the coconut
3. Raisins - a handful
4. Flaxseed flour - 2 tablespoons (or flour from other seeds)
5. Water - 1 glass
Preparation
They took oatmeal (high quality, without bitterness), poured it with cold water, left it to soak for an hour. The raisins were washed well (if solid, then they were also filled with water).
At the same time, coconut flakes from coconut pulp were soaked on a fine grater (fresh flakes are much healthier and juicier and tastier than dried old ones, because they quickly lose their properties in air).
Now pour the shavings into the oatmeal, add the raisins and seed flour. We mix. pour hot water over, drain and bon appetit! Hot oatmeal with coconut without cooking in the studio! :) Have a nice tea!
