Greetings to all readers of my channel! My name is Christina and I am very glad to see you on my culinary channel.

Today I want to share a simple, but very tasty recipe for tea cookies from simple products that are in every refrigerator. This cookie recipe I found in an old newspaper from the 90s. I have been preparing it for many years and it has never happened before that it did not work out.

You really don't need to know how to cook here, everyone can do it!

And now a second of humor. Well, isn't it, isn't it?! 😅

I wanted a seagull... and away we go: roll, butter, sausage, cookies... Well, I drank tea, of course!
The anecdote is taken from the site anekdot.kz

The cookies are fluffy, soft and crumbly. How I love!

This cookie recipe often helps out when guests come, but there is nothing for tea, or just when you want something "tasty". Cookies are prepared very quickly, it takes 25 minutes for everything, no more (along with baking).

The dough is universal, I call it "correct", you can add any filler (nuts, dried fruits, candied fruits, chocolate) and you will always get excellent, tasty, fluffy cookies. This dough has never failed me!

So, for cooking you will need:

60 gr. sour cream of any fat content.
1/2 tsp soda or 1 tsp. baking powder.
60 gr. sugar (as much as possible).
270 - 300 gr. flour.
100 g butter or margarine.
1 egg + 1 yolk (for greasing cookies).
Vanillin or any filler if desired.

Let's get down to cooking!

Add soda * to sour cream and mix.

* soda can be replaced with baking powder, but then it must be added directly to the flour.

sour cream and soda

You can take sour cream of any fat content, I have 15% today.

I put softened butter * (in the original recipe there was margarine, but I cook with butter), sugar, egg into a deep bowl. Vanillin can be added if desired.

* If the oil is from the refrigerator, put it in the microwave for a few seconds, or you can soften the oil in a water bath. And if you use margarine, you get a very budget cookie.

how to make homemade cookies

I add sour cream with soda to the oil mixture. Mix with a mixer (you can use a whisk). You don't need to stir for a long time!

Sift flour in parts and knead the dough. The dough also does not need to be kneaded for a long time. As soon as it ceased to stick to the hands and gathered in a "kolobok", then everything is ready.

cookie dough

I roll out the dough into a layer with a thickness of 8 to 10 mm.

quick cookie

I chop the cookies at random. It is possible on squares, triangles. I'll cut into diamonds with a pizza knife.

the cookies are tasty and simple

I transfer the cookies to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

To make the liver a beautiful ruddy color, I do this: I add one yolk to the bowl where the sour cream was and grease the cookies with this mixture.
