Good day, losing weight!

Waking up this morning I saw a beautiful picture of the window, all the trees in the courtyard were dressed that are covered with snow. First time in the winter, I am seen such beauty!

Today for breakfast I had scrambled eggs from two eggs with tomato (70g) on ​​a drop of olive oil and rye bread with curd cheese (15g).

Jasmine Green Tea has, as usual, completing breakfast, plus Vitaminka and omega-3.

Breakfast is turned on 280 kcal. The breakfast is small, but I expected a tasty snack to brighten up a boring job at a computer.

Snack I had a green tea with rye loaf and fish paste (20g) and later cracked his apple (120g) - 150 kcal.

For lunch I made gravy with beef and vegetables (200g of broth) and served with her decoction of whole grain pasta (60 g dry).

This gravy can be used to any side dish - and necessary protein - beef and steamed vegetables, also delicious!

Lunch - 400 calories.

For dinner was a simple salad that contain both protein and fiber. Everything is as it should be for a good supper slimming person.

Salad - chicken breast (100g), fried in oil without nonstick pan, tomato (120 g), pepper (60 c), a boiled egg, spices and cream 2 teaspoons 15%.

Dinner turned on 320 kcal.

And I could not resist and tried 100g curd cheesecake, which is made in its recipe, but instead put the banana in this time a mixture of berries (raspberries, strawberries, cherries). Girls - I was such a yummy!!! It seemed to me that I eat berry ice cream for some reason.
