Unsubscribe from dinner after 18 hours? And if you work up to 19 and at home after 20 hours? Starve himself to death? In no case!
It has long been proven that a rule - do not eat after 18 hours - does not work!
Most importantly, the last meal was 2-3 hours before bedtime.
However, there is another issue - it is better to have dinner at losing weight and what to reject?
Let's decide on what should be discarded in the evening diet:
- Fruits that contain large amounts of glucose, which in the evening at low physical activity of the body can take a fat.
- Cereals and grains, as are carbohydrates, which causes the production of insulin. At low physical activity, insulin convert excess energy, received food fat.
- Sugar and all sugar products - besides carbohydrates, and the consequences we already know.
- Products made from flour (pastries, pasta) - carbohydrates.
What, then, I have for dinner?
The most optimal one supper is a combination of protein and fiber.
You can have:
Low fat fish and seafood, chicken breast, turkey. All of these products - a protein that is essential for building muscle and normal body functioning.
Protein combine with vegetables as fresh - in a salad (tomatoes, cucumbers, paprika and various herbs) and steamed, steamed or baked (zucchini, eggplant, broccoli).
You can make an omelet with vegetables in the oven or on a non-stick frying pan without oil - the same protein and fiber.
Another indispensable product for weight loss is curd, which is perfect for dinner. The curd contains "long" protein casein, which is a must for muscle repair. Cheese can be eaten, for example, natural yoghurt (without various additives). It is recommended to use low-fat cottage cheese - to 9% and avoid fat-free.
The only recommendation is - a way of cooking. They are best to bake, boil or stew. No frying in butter, if you want to lose weight!
It happens that there are no forces to overcome itself, not to indulge in a night ice jams, even if dinner was quite intense.
Those who are very tolerant of sour-milk production, and loves it, you can kill a night ice jams yogurt, fermented baked milk, yogurt, natural yogurt or soft cheese jar. The main thing that a snack was at least 2 hours before bedtime.
Approach is reasonable for your diet and your body will thank you!
