Ingredients: boiled smoked meat, white cabbage, carrots and onions, natural sunflower oil, prunes, sugar, ground crackers, tomato juice, sour cream, butter, salt, sugar, ground red pepper, tomato paste
Cooking method:
Rinse prunes, boil in a small amount of water, drain the liquid, add tomato juice, sugar, ground crackers; boil for 2-3 minutes. Pour in sour cream and stir, bring to a boil and remove from heat.
Take boiled-smoked meat (pork), cut and put in a pan, pour over the prepared sauce and cook until the sauce evaporates for 10 minutes; then fry in butter on both sides.
Prepare stewed cabbage: cut into strips and put in a pan. Pour in water and simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 10-15 minutes. Chop carrots and onions and brown in vegetable oil. Cook vegetables separately from cabbage in a pan.
As soon as the carrots and onions become golden, pour in the tomato paste, add salt and sugar. Simmer 10 minutes. Then shift to the cabbage, add ground red pepper and simmer for another 5 minutes.
