Admin

#23February Tender turkey meat, I think, will leave few people indifferent. And in combination with vegetables, it will be an excellent dinner, a hearty and tasty dish.

Roast Turkey with Spelled Garnish

Ingredients: Spelled Garnish, Turkey (any boneless part), Carrot (medium), Onion (medium), Tomato (medium), Bulgarian pepper (medium), Ketchup for grilling and barbecue, Vegetable oil (for frying), Provence herbs, Salt, pepper mixture, Greenery

Cooking method:

Cut the turkey into small pieces, add spices - Provence herbs. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the onion into small cubes, chop the tomato and pepper into strips.

In a frying pan over high heat, fry the turkey with sunflower oil until golden brown, add the onion. Reduce the heat to medium and add vegetables in turn: carrots, peppers, tomatoes. Fry each batch of vegetables with meat for 3-5 minutes. Salt, pepper with a mixture of peppers, add ketchup and mix. If necessary, add a little liquid - it can be water, broth or tomato juice, close the lid and cook over low heat until the meat is cooked.

Serve with spelled garnish. Bon Appetit!
