Hello to everyone who loves unusual recipes with a "zest". The recipe I'm offering is just that. After all, we are not talking about ordinary cutlets, but about a cutlet variation, "packed" in ordinary... waffles! Wafer cakes can be bought at any store, including rectangular ones like mine. However, even from round cakes such cutlets will turn out to be unusual and beautiful. I made half a serving of lazy brizols" ("brizol" means fried in an omelet, an egg). If you are cooking a whole serving, then multiply all the ingredients by two! :) Go!
Ingredients:. Chicken breast,. Waffle cakes,. Eggs,. Onion,. Milk for batter,. Salt,,. Pepper,. Parsley
Cooking method:
The first step is to chop the chicken breast. A chopper is ideal for this, but you can also use an ordinary meat grinder.
Next, finely chop the onion. Chop the parsley and mix everything.
We combine minced meat, onions with herbs. Crack an egg into a bowl, season with salt and pepper. And mix everything thoroughly until a puree-like mass is obtained.
We take a couple of wafer sheets, grease each with the resulting mixture. The filling layer should be as uniform as possible and capture the entire surface of the waffles.
Next, stack the waffles in pairs on top of each other with the filling inside. And leave the waffles soaked for at least half an hour!
During this time, prepare the batter. Crack an egg in a bowl, add milk, salt and beat well.
Cut the softened cakes into rectangles. From one sheet I got 8 blanks.
We heat the oil and, dipping each workpiece in batter, put it in a pan. Fry on both sides for 3-4 minutes under a closed lid.
The most delicious, tender and most unusual meatballs (lazy "brizoli") are ready! It is best to serve them chilled. Well, unless, of course, the household endures and does not eat them still hot. :) Lazy "brizoli" according to this recipe is the best quick snack you can think of. They will especially help you out when the situation is out of the category - guests are on the doorstep. Bon appetit to everyone who cooked!
