Ingredients: cottage cheese, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, vanillin, salt, baking powder, flour, stuffing, apples, cinnamon, sugar, poppy seeds for sprinkling, yolk, milk
Cooking method:
Mix cottage cheese with salt, sugar and eggs. Pour in the oil and mix. Add vanilla, baking powder and adding flour, knead the dough. Do not hammer with flour, as soon as the dough stops sticking to your hands, you are done. Cover with a towel and leave for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 4 parts. Roll out the blank into a circle and cut into 8 sectors. In each sector, make 2 cuts, closer to the narrow part.
Cut the apples in half, remove the core and cut into slices. Lay out one slice on each sector and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll up the rolls.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Mix the yolk with milk and grease the rolls. Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Happy tea!
