In this recipe, I want to share a simple secret on how to cook delicious semolina porridge without lumps. Thanks to this secret, semolina porridge will always turn out tender and uniform.

Ingredients:
- semolina - 6 tbsp. l.
- sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
- milk - 1 l
- salt - 1 pinch
- butter - 20 g
Step by step recipe
1. Immediately pour one glass of milk, it should remain cold. Pour the rest of the milk into a saucepan and put on fire. As soon as the milk boils, reduce the heat to a minimum.
2. And now I will tell you the secret of how to make sure that there are never lumps in semolina porridge.
Pour semolina with the remaining glass of cold milk, immediately mix with a spoon until smooth.
3. Pour the prepared mixture of milk with semolina into the already boiled milk.
Mix everything with a spoon until the porridge boils again. After boiling, cook the porridge for about 4-5 minutes.
4. At the end of cooking, add a pinch of salt, 2 tbsp. l. Sahara. Mix everything and remove the porridge from the fire.
Delicious semolina is ready. Serve it hot on the table, putting a small piece of butter on a plate.
