To be honest, I'm in shock. 95 kg I waited in the balance for March 8, if you remember. But here's the surprise is a surprise. Even at first taken aback by what he saw, rose rechecked several times.

Already minus 37 kg in May 2018!

Phew... now the menu!

Today I have an early breakfast - my favorite sandwiches:

Whole wheat bread, avocado, chicken ham with an ideal composition (to tell you about it), and cod pate.

I like that I spread the menu, which also had sandwiches - one with ham, one with red fish - say no compatible products - meat and fish, you can not have them together. To incompatible - in any case, do not eat together!

Well, I - I enjoy your meal for an early breakfast. By the way, I once again began to take Omega-3, after a month's break.

For breakfast, it turned 410 kcal.

Snack for me today was not quite as I like. Fruit, home run out, but to buy them the time there was no tomorrow corrected.

In the meantime, in undershot green tea with a piece of chocolate - 50 kcalThat gray matter to work better.

For lunch - just remains for me to once cheese soup, already tired, of course, but where to go, I'm hungry, and cooking dinner is not desirable, the more you need to work and solve some problems.

Soup was 360 g - 310 kcal.

But for dinner today I decided to boo and cook a rabbit, or rather feet, which recently bought the market on trial.

I know many do not like or do not eat rabbit because of certain principles. And I have the same grandfather bred rabbits and we always ate them. For me, the rabbit, the chicken.

Garnish with stewed rabbit - buckwheat.

For dinner, it turned 380 kcal.

3 hours before bedtime, I drank yogurt with cinnamon. All the same it is necessary sometimes clean up yogurt - 115 kcal.

Total for the day came in 1265 kcal. The rate of water falling short in some time already promised to correct... but I did not get quite a bit.
