Ingredients:
- potatoes - 1 kg
- tomato - 1 pc.
- garlic - 2 cloves
- carrots - 1 pc.
- parsley (any herb of your choice)
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.
- ground black pepper - to taste
- salt - to taste
Step by step recipe
1. First, cut 1 kg of potatoes into large pieces.
Cut one carrot into chunks.
2. Grate one tomato, discard the skin.
Put the chopped potatoes, carrots and grated tomato in a bowl in which it will be convenient to mix all the ingredients.
3. Salt and pepper everything to taste. Add about 1 tbsp to the potatoes. l. sunflower oil and mix well.
Transfer the prepared potatoes to a baking dish. The sleeve is well tied on both sides.
4. We put the potatoes in the sleeve in a preheated oven to 180 degrees. We freeze for about 80 minutes.
5. We take out the finished potatoes from the oven and carefully tear the sleeve from above. Pour chopped greens onto potatoes and squeeze 2 cloves of garlic through a press. Mix the potato a little with garlic and herbs. We close the sleeve and leave for 5 minutes so that the potatoes are saturated with the aromas of garlic and herbs.
