Today I am preparing a delicious, very simple and very quick dessert for tea. It will take literally 10 minutes to cook + oven. Even children can cope, you can prepare mom for the holiday (of course, under the supervision of adults).
I add 1 egg to a pack of cottage cheese 180 gr.
I add 1/2 tablespoon of sugar, maybe a little more.
Vanilla sugar and lemon zest.
Mix well with a fork.
I cut the chocolate into small pieces. I have dark chocolate, you can use milk.
I grind the walnuts, not very finely, so that the nuts are felt.
I thinly roll the layer of puff yeast-free dough.
I grease the dough with curd filling. I leave the edge on top blank.
Sprinkle the filling with chocolate and nuts.
Pressing well, I wrap the dough with filling in a roll.
I cut the roll with a sharp knife.
Gently transfer the rolls to a baking sheet. I covered the baking sheet with a silicone mat.
I grease it with a beaten egg and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
The yummy is ready! Can be served with tea! 😋
