While the whole family is sitting at home, I want to please everyone with something tasty and satisfying. And I certainly don't want to cook separately for those who are losing weight, gaining and simply not paying family members to their weight.
The way out is dishes that are suitable for the whole family.
Today I want to share with you a recipe cannelloni with minced meat. This is something! Just lick your fingers!
Even if you do not have cannelloni and do not sell them in the nearest stores, you can take ordinary TSP macaros (horns, spirals, shells) and cook them in the form of a casserole laid out in layers.
β Ingredients we need:
- minced turkey breast (I have 735 g) with the addition of 2 onions (180 g) to the minced meat,
- cannelloni 16 pieces (145 g),
- soft cottage cheese - jar 120 g,
- low-fat semi-hard cheese - 70 g,
- garlic - 2-3 cloves - 15 g,
- black pepper, salt, vegetable seasoning (optional), dry basil, turmeric.
β Preparation.
The first step is to prepare the minced meat.
I took a turkey breast and twisted it with two cunning ones.
Then fry the minced meat in a pan without adding oil. To avoid burning, add water.
Salt and pepper the minced meat, add dry basil, turmeric and a universal vegetable seasoning (optional).
We bring the minced meat to readiness, evaporate the excess liquid.
At the very end, add finely chopped garlic and half of the soft cottage cheese. We remove from the fire.
At the same time, we put water on fire. Boil the cannelloni in boiling water for literally 5 minutes.
Let the cannelloni cool down a little so that it is more convenient to work with them further.
While the cannelloni are cooling down, dilute a little curd with 50-100 ml of water and grease the baking dish with a drop of olive oil and curd.
Fill the cannelloni with minced meat and put it in a baking dish.
Grease the cannelloni on top with curd diluted with 50-100 ml of water and sprinkle with grated cheese.
We send the cannelloni to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes until a light cheese crust forms.
That's all done! The most delicious and hearty dish for the whole family is ready!
And it will not harm the figure at all.
