I am preparing a wonderful hot dish with simple products for the whole family. An appetizing, aromatic, very juicy lunch or dinner will appeal to absolutely everyone!
I'll start with the test. I previously made dumplings from a similar test. I add 1 teaspoon of salt to 400 grams of flour and mix.
I make a small depression in the flour and drive in 1 egg.
I pour in 180 ml of water and knead the dough in a bowl with my hands.
As soon as the dough has stopped sticking to my hands, I move to the board and knead the dough for a few more minutes.
I put the dough in a bag for 30 minutes, so it will become even softer.
For the filling, I need minced meat, I have minced turkey. You can take any minced meat, at your discretion.
Chop two medium onions finely and send them to the mince.
I cut raw potatoes into small cubes and also send them to the mince.
Salt the filling, add spices: ground black pepper, hot chili pepper and cumin. Mix the filling thoroughly.
Returning to the test, it just became soft after lying in the bag. I cut it in two. I roll each part into a thin cake.
I distribute 1/2 part of the filling over the dough and wrap it in a roll.
Using a sharp knife, I cut the roll into pieces.
I warm up the frying pan, pour in the vegetable oil. I am sending to fry two large onions, cut into cubes. Fry the onions until light golden brown.
Add the grated carrots and fry together for another 5 minutes.
I add a couple of tablespoons of soy sauce to the fried vegetables. I stir and reduce the heat.
I spread the rolls on the vegetable "pillow".
I pour boiling water so that the water is just above half the height of the rolls. Cover and cook over low heat for 30-40 minutes.
These are such wonderful rolls! I pour it with sour cream, decorate with herbs and you can serve it to the table :)
