Today I want to share with you proven recipes for making homemade sausage.
First of all, I want to tell you about my favorite family recipe for such a sausage in the oven
Recipe:
- Fillet meat - 1.5 kg.
- Salt -1.5 tsp
- Water -150 ml.
- Black pepper -1/2 tsp (or to taste)
- Bay leaf -2-3 pcs.
- Garlic - 7-10 tooth.
- Natural shell -1.5 m.
Cooking method
We chop the meat with a knife, add spices (crush the bay leaf with a blender into powder)
pour cold water
Prepare the shell and fill it with meat (for more details on how I do this, see the video below)
refrigerate for 5 hours
Now we put it on a baking sheet, make punctures with a needle so that the sausage does not burst during cooking, cook at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes

- Pork knuckle - 1 pc. (I have 900 gr, pitted weight 600 gr)
- Salt - 12 gr. (or 6 grams of nitrite salt and 6 grams of table salt)
- Black pepper - 1 gr.
- Dried garlic - 0.5 gr.
Quick homemade sausages.
Recipe:
- Chicken fillet -600 gr.
- Bulb -1 pc.
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Butter - 40 gr.
- Milk -100 ml.
- Sweet red pepper -1/3 tsp
- Seasoning for chicken - 1/3 tsp
- Salt with herbs - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Boiled chicken sausage at home without special shells and devices.
Recipe:
- Chicken fillet - 500 gr.
- Cream - 100 ml.
- Garlic - 2 tooth.
- Egg white - 2 pcs.
- Starch - 1 tsp
- Cheese - 50 gr.
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Seasoning for chicken - 1/3 tsp
