Chops " Vyruchayka" from chicken thighs, to taste like pork

Meat "Vyruchayka" chops from chicken thighs, to taste like pork. This dish is quickly prepared and it turns out very tasty, juicy and satisfying, I often cook this way for dinner, it’s convenient that can be prepared in advance, put in the refrigerator, and then, when you need to get it and cook it for dinner or for supper. Today I have rice with cucumber and egg for a side dish.

Recipe:

  • chicken thighs - 6 pcs
  • salt -1/2 tsp
  • black pepper - to taste
  • garlic -5-6 tooth
  • mayonnaise -5-6 tooth
  • breadcrumbs - for boning

For rice:

  • rice -250 gr
  • water -500 ml
  • salt -1/2 tsp
  • eggs -3 pcs
  • fresh cucumber -1-2 pcs (300 gr)
  • butter - 30-40 gr (optional)

COOKING METHOD

Today I have rice with cucumber and egg for a side dish.

So let's get started, take chicken thighs, I have 6 pieces, remove the skin and cut out the bone, we get such blanks.

Now we beat the blanks well on both sides, for convenience I put them between the cling film.

5-6 garlic cloves run through a garlic press

Now salt the meat on both sides, add ½ tsp per 500 grams. salt, black pepper and distribute the garlic. First on one side, then turn over and do the same with the second side.

Now grease with mayonnaise, mayonnaise can be replaced with sour cream or yogurt.

We put it in a bowl and coat the second side with mayonnaise, I need about 5-6 tbsp. mayonnaise, put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

During that time, we will prepare a side dish, today I have rice with egg and cucumber.

Rice 250 grams of mine and cook, depending on what kind of rice you have, today I have basmati cook it like this, fill it with water 1 to 2 i.e., for 250 grams 500 ml of hot water, add salt, cook until the water evaporates and remove from heat, let stand for minutes 5-10. It is most convenient for me to cook rice in a cauldron, it retains heat for a long time and does not burn.

Peel and cut fresh cucumber into cubes, by weight 300 gr

Break 3 eggs into a bowl, add salt and beat with a fork

We take a frying pan, pour vegetable oil, pour in the eggs and fry constantly stirring, we should get such egg flakes.

We put the eggs on the rice and add the fresh cucumber. Mix everything, taste for salt if necessary, add and add a little butter gram 30-40. This rice is delicious served with soy sauce.

Now we take out the chops from the refrigerator, pour breadcrumbs into a bowl, I cook myself, dry the loaf in the oven and chop with a blender.

Roll the blanks in breadcrumbs.

Pour vegetable oil into the pan, heat it up, put the blanks and fry over medium heat under the lid on both sides, I have 9 modes, I fry in 4 modes. When browned, turn over and fry on the other side. It takes 6-7 minutes on each side. Remove and serve with a side dish to the table.
