Preparing such an appetizer is easy, short and from available products. To save time, the roll can be prepared on the evening before the holiday, and before serving, all that remains is to cut it.

Ingredients:
- thin pita bread - 3 sheets (300 g)
- half-smoked sausage - 200 g
- carrots in Korean - 250 g
- mayonnaise - 150-200 g
- cheese - 100-150 g
Step by step recipe
1. First, let's prepare all the ingredients.
200 g of half-smoked sausage three on a coarse grater.
100 g of cheese three on a fine grater.
2. We put the first sheet of pita bread. Lubricate it with mayonnaise. It is most convenient to lubricate with a silicone brush, but you can also do this with a spoon.
Top everything with grated sausage. Evenly distribute the sausage throughout the pita bread.
3. We put the second sheet of pita bread. Similarly, grease it with mayonnaise.
We spread about 250 g of carrots in Korean. Distribute it evenly throughout the pita bread.
4. Cover with a third sheet of pita bread. We also smear it with mayonnaise.
Top everything evenly with grated cheese.
5. We roll everything into a tight roll. For the roll, it took 3 sheets of thin pita bread, 100 g each.
We wrap the roll in cling film so that it does not dry out. Place in the refrigerator to infuse for 1-2 hours, or overnight.
The roll is ready. Cut it into portions. We lay out the roll beautifully on a dish and serve it on the table.
The roll turned out very tasty and satisfying. We add juiciness to the roll with carrots, and satiety with sausage and cheese. Together they fit perfectly. Try to cook such a roll, I think you will like it too.
