This collection contains 5 simple young cabbage salads at once. All of them are very tasty, light and prepared quite simply. 1. Salad with cabbage and tuna

Ingredients:

  • white cabbage (young) - 400 g
  • cucumbers - 250 g
  • boiled eggs - 4 pcs.
  • tuna in its own juice - 1 can (180 g)
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • green onion - 1 small bunch

Refueling:

  • mustard grains (French) - 1 tsp. l.
  • apple cider vinegar - 1-2 tbsp. l.
  • olive oil - 2-3 tbsp. l.
  • salt - to taste
  • ground black pepper - to taste

Step by step cooking recipe:

  1. Finely chop half a head of young cabbage. Chop a large bunch of parsley or other herbs. Also chop a small bunch of green onions.
  2. Three boiled eggs on a coarse grater. Cucumbers are first cut into slices, and then into cubes.
  3. Put chopped cabbage, chopped cucumbers, eggs, chopped greens and canned tuna in a bowl, after draining the liquid from it and chopping it a little.
  4. Now let's prepare the salad dressing. Pour salt into a separate bowl, put 1 tsp. French mustard grains, add 1 tbsp. l. apple cider vinegar, pepper to taste and pour 2-3 tbsp. l. olive oil. Mix everything well to get a homogeneous sauce.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well. You can also dress the salad with sour cream or mayonnaise to your liking.

2. Salad with young cabbage, cucumbers and peas

Ingredients:

  • white cabbage - 400 g
  • green peas - 1 can
  • carrots - 200 g
  • pickled cucumber - 200 g
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • dill - 1 bunch
  • apple cider vinegar (wine) - 1 tbsp. l.
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.
  • salt - to taste
  • ground black pepper - to taste

Step by step cooking recipe:

  1. Finely chop the young cabbage. Three fresh carrots on a coarse grater. Chop a bunch of dill or parsley. Cut pickled cucumbers into quarter rings.
  2. In a large bowl, put the chopped cabbage, chopped pickles, grated carrots, one can of canned peas and chopped dill.
  3. Here we squeeze the garlic through the press. Salt and pepper everything to taste. Add 1 tbsp. l. apple cider vinegar and about 2 tbsp. l. olive or unrefined sunflower oil. We mix everything.
  4. Salad with cabbage, cucumbers and peas turned out to be very tasty and light.

3. Spring cabbage salad in 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • young cabbage - 200 g
  • cucumber - 200 g
  • canned corn - 200 g
  • green onion - bunch
  • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l.
  • ground black pepper
  • salt - to taste

Step by step cooking recipe:

  1. Finely chop half a head of young cabbage. Cut one large cucumber into half circles. Chop up a bunch of green onions.
  2. Put chopped cabbage, cucumber, 200 g of canned corn and chopped green onions in a bowl. Salt to taste, pepper and season with 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise (you can take sour cream or unsweetened yogurt). We mix everything.
  3. Spring salad turned out juicy, vitamin and very tasty.

4. Young cabbage salad with olives and green peas

Ingredients:

  • young cabbage - 500 g
  • green olives - 1 can (300 g)
  • green peas - 1 can (400 g)
  • dill - 1 bunch
  • salt - 1/2 tsp. l.
  • mustard grains - 2 tbsp. l.
  • honey - 1 hour l.
  • unrefined vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp. l.
  • ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp. l.

Step by step cooking recipe:

  1. Finely chop the young cabbage. Cut green pitted olives into rings. Finely chop a small bunch of dill.
  2. Put chopped cabbage, chopped olives, a jar of canned peas and chopped dill in a bowl.
  3. Making salad dressing. In a bowl, mix salt, 2 teaspoons of mustard grains (or regular mustard), a teaspoon of honey, unrefined vegetable oil, 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice and ground black pepper. We mix everything well.
  4. Dress the salad with the prepared dressing. We mix everything well.
  5. The salad turns out spring fresh, light and fragrant.

5. Salad “Kings and Cabbage”

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 400 g
  • young cabbage - 500 g
  • green onions - 1 bunch
  • dill - 1 bunch
  • ground black pepper
  • seasoning for chicken - 1 tsp. l.
  • mustard - 1 tsp. l.
  • salt
  • unrefined vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.
  • vinegar 9% - 1 tsp. l.
  • vegetable oil for frying

Step by step cooking recipe:

  1. First, let's prepare the chicken fillet. Wash the fillet, dry it, pepper on both sides, rub with salt and seasoning for chicken. Fry over high heat in a small amount of oil for about 1 minute on all sides until golden brown. Drain the sunflower oil from the pan, and pour about 100 ml of water into the pan with meat. Cover with a lid and simmer for another 10 minutes over low heat.
  2. We take out the finished meat on a plate and let it cool slightly so that you can pick it up. Remove the pan with the sauce from the heat.
  3. Cut the cooled fillet into small strips. We again put the pan with the sauce on the fire and put the chopped meat here. Mix the chicken fillet with the sauce and simmer over low heat until all the sauce is absorbed into the meat.
  4. Finely chop the young cabbage. We cut green onions and a small bunch of dill.
  5. Put chopped cabbage, green onions, dill and cooked meat in a bowl.
  6. Preparing salad dressing. In a separate bowl, mix about half a teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of mustard, 2-3 tbsp. l. unrefined vegetable oil and 1 tsp. l. 9% vinegar. We mix everything well.
  7. Pour prepared dressing over salad. Mix the salad and serve.
  8. Such a salad can be prepared both for every day and for the festive table.
