This light, spring and very vitamin salad with radish and corn is the best for cooking every day. It turns out very juicy, tasty and fragrant. It has a lot of vitamin greens, which we need so much in spring. The corn gives the salad a slight sweetness, and the fragrant dressing without mayonnaise perfectly emphasizes the taste of vegetables. This salad goes well with any side dishes and meat dishes.
This salad is prepared very quickly in just 5 minutes. I recommend dressing this salad with unrefined oil - sunflower or olive. But if desired, you can also use mayonnaise or sour cream.

Ingredients:
- radish - 250 g
- lettuce leaves - 100 g
- canned corn - 1 can (340 g)
- green onion - 1 bunch
- parsley - 1 bunch
- salt - to taste
- ground black pepper - to taste
- apple cider vinegar - 1/2 tbsp. l.
- unrefined vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
Step by step recipe
1. Cut about 100 g of lettuce leaves.
250 g radish cut into half circles.
2. Also finely chop a small bunch of green onions and a bunch of fresh parsley.
3. Put chopped lettuce leaves and radishes in a bowl. Here we also add 1 can of canned corn, after draining the liquid from it. Throw in chopped green onions and parsley. Salad to taste, pepper, add 1/2 tbsp. l. apple cider vinegar and season with 2 tbsp. l. unrefined vegetable oil. Mix everything well and serve.
The salad turned out spring-like fresh and fragrant. A piquant radish harmonizes very well with sweet corn. Be sure to prepare such a salad, it is very tasty and it takes only 5 minutes to prepare.
